Megafood Encapsulated citric acid MF-8501, the citric acid as the main raw material, using hydrogenated sunflower oil as the coating material, produced with Megafood’s own patent technology and equipment.
It can be widely used in food, medicine as acidity regulator, preservatives, function regulator, flavor improver.
