Megafood Encapsulated fumaric acid MF-8504, the fumaric acid (E297) as the main raw material, using hydrogenated palm oil as the coating material, produced with Megafood’s own patent technology and equipment.
It can be widely used in food, medicine as acidity regulator, preservatives, function regulator, flavor improver.
